Conflict Coaching
Disagreements and disputes are a common and normal part of our working lives. But when they interfere with our work and relationships, they can be a major problem. Conflict that goes unresolved, or escalates, causes stress, costs us time and energy, and can cripple teams and organizations.
In conflict coaching sessions, you’ll get one-on-one support to help navigate any workplace challenge—from a challenging supervisor to a dispute with a colleague to navigating awkward office politics. You’ll be given the tools and insight to help understand the conflict, communicate effectively to address it, and build sustainable solutions to make your work life and your workplace better going forward.
These sessions are usually virtual, but can be in-person depending on location.
Leadership Coaching

Mediation, Conflict Management System Design, & Other Services
We offer mediation for workplace conflicts (when appropriate; not everything is suitable for mediation).
